We recommend to start planning 6-9 months prior to your trip. This timeframe gives you access to more options and ensures you get the most out of your travel experience.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Yes, we do. We offer comprehensive insurance quotes through the Brownell Insurance Desk upon request.
Am I paying more in my room rate by booking through a travel advisor?
No, you aren’t paying more for our service (besides any applicable service fees). In fact, by booking with us, you unlock exclusive perks and special deals that elevate your stay without additional costs. We make sure you get more value from your travel investment.
Can you handle last minute travel arrangements?
We can occasionally help with last-minute travel! However, availability can be limited the closer we get to your desired departure. For short-notice, full-service travel planning, a $500 fee applies to accommodate this expedited process, compared to our standard $350 rate.
