Planning fees vary by the scope of the trip. Simple bookings — when you already know what you want — are often complimentary. More involved itineraries start at $500. We'll always quote you upfront before any work begins.

This is the most important step. We'll hop on a quick call to talk through your form, your travel style, and what you want this trip to feel like. It's my chance to get to know you, and yours to make sure we're the right fit.
STEP TWO
trip design & Onboarding
From here, I get to work. For hotel bookings, I'll send options for your approval. For custom trips, I'll build a full proposal with destinations, stays, and experiences. We'll cover timelines and next steps on our Discover Call.

We plan trips worldwide. While well-traveled, no trip is ever the same as our client's, and we've never planned two identical itineraries. Our job isn't to be an expert in every destination, it's to be an expert in our client. From there, we tap into a trusted network of on-the-ground partners to design and book the right experiences and hotels for you.
